Masquy Terms of Use

1. Account

• You sign in with your Steam account. You are responsible for keeping it secure; do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• Every account gets a permanent player ID shown in the Game. We use it for support requests.
• You must be at least 13 years old to play, and have parental consent where your local law requires it.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights in the Game and its content (code, art, audio, characters, names and logos) belong to Nyxka or its licensors.

You may not:

• copy, decompile, modify, rent or sell the Game,
• use cheats, bots, macros, exploits or any software that gives unauthorized access to the Game,
• overload or attack our servers or disrupt other players' connections,
• buy or sell accounts, items or in-game currency for real money or other value.

3. Virtual items and in-game currency

• In-game currencies such as Akçe and Gems and cosmetic items are a limited license usable only inside the Game. They have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out and do not give you ownership.
• Purchases are made through Steam and are subject to Steam's refund policy and applicable consumer law. Except where the law requires otherwise, virtual items and currency are non-refundable.
• We may change items, prices and rewards to keep the Game balanced. No compensation is owed for virtual items on accounts closed for rule violations.

4. Conduct and moderation

• You must follow the Community Rules. Chat passes through an automatic profanity filter.
• Our moderators review reports and game logs. Violations may lead to a warning, mute, kick, temporary or permanent ban.
• Severe violations (cheating, hate speech, threats, fraud) may lead to a permanent ban without prior warning.
• To appeal a sanction, open a ticket in the in-game Support section or write to iletisim@nyxka.com.

5. User content

You are responsible for what you submit, such as your player name, chat messages, reports and support tickets. We may store, review and remove such content to operate the Game, moderate and keep it safe. Inappropriate player names may be changed.

6. Availability

The Game is provided "as is" and is in active development. It may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages or season changes, and progress, rankings or content may change. We may discontinue the Game with reasonable prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits, or problems caused by your internet connection or third-party services (e.g. Steam). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time via a support ticket. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes you will be asked to accept the new version when you sign in. If you do not accept, you cannot keep using the Game.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
